🧡 Event Details

• Event Date: October 17th 2026
• Event Time: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Vendor Arrival Window — Setup is from 7:00–8:45 AM. All vendors must be fully set up by 8:45 AM.

🧡 Vendor Setup & Arrival

• Check‑In Required — Check in at the registration tent before unloading.
• Booth Placement — Spaces are pre‑assigned; no self‑relocating. If your business needs more than a standard tent spot you must let us know upon application submission. 
• Parking — After unloading, move vehicles to the designated vendor parking area.

🍂 Booth Requirements

• Tent Safety — All tents must be properly weighted.
• Display Setup — Keep aisles clear and displays secure.
• Electricity — Limited; must be requested in advance.
• Cleanliness — Maintain a tidy booth throughout the event.
• please bring some candy or goodies to give out to the community if you are able. 


🎃 Required Documentation

• Business License — Vendors must provide a copy of their valid business license after their application is approved.
• Liability Insurance — A copy of active liability for business requiring. 
• Documents must be submitted before the vendor’s space is officially confirmed.


🎨 Product Guidelines

• Approved Items — Handmade goods, art, crafts, boutique items, baked goods, and fall‑themed products.
• Prohibited Items — No weapons, counterfeit goods, Alcohol or illegal items.
• Food Vendors — Must follow all health department rules and provide proper permits.


🍁 During the Event

• Booth Staffing — Booths must be staffed at all times.
• Noise Levels — No loud or disruptive sound unless approved.
• Professional Conduct — Positivity and respect are expected from all vendors. Nonsensical behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and you will be asked to pack up and leave immediately with no refund! 


🌙 Breakdown & Departure

• End Time — No early pack‑ups. Breakdown begins at 2:01 PM.
• Cleanup — Remove all trash and leave your space clean. All vendors should be off the premises by 3:00. If more time is needed, please just ask. 🙌🏼
• Exit Procedure — Wait for staff approval before bringing vehicles back into the vendor area.

⭐ General Policies

• Weather Policy — Rain or shine unless safety becomes an issue.
• Refund Policy — Vendor fees are non‑refundable unless the event is canceled by organizers.
• Liability — Vendors participate at their own risk
