Menopause can sometimes feel isolating, but this afternoon offers a safe, supportive space to ask questions, share experiences, and connect with other women who understand.

You’ll enjoy a easy relaxing 90-minute yoga practice combining movement, breathwork, meditation, and deeply restorative poses. All thoughtfully tailored to ease the main symptoms of menopause, including hot flushes, anxiety, irritability, insomnia, fatigue and low mood.
We’ll also take a little time to enjoy a cup of tea together, with space to chat, share experiences, and support one another.
