Join us for a welcoming 4-week beginner course designed especially for adults and mature young people who want to explore traditional karate in a supportive, nurturing environment.

You’ll learn:
🥋 The basics of Shotokan Karate
🌀 Kata (forms) and practical self-defence
🇯🇵 Japanese terminology and dojo etiquette
🧘‍♀️ Mindfulness in movement & confidence-building

Led by a compassionate and highly experienced instructor with over 40 years of martial arts practice, these sessions offer much more than just physical training—they’re a gateway to self-discovery, clarity, and personal strength.

At the end of the 4 weeks, you'll feel confident and ready to join our regular classes held on Monday and Thursday evenings.

No experience needed. Just bring your curiosity and comfortable clothes.
