Birds in a Cage is the true story of a group of Prisoners of War in 1940’s Germany who overcome hunger, hardship, fear and stultifying boredom through their shared love of birds. Their experiences leave them scarred but set them on a path to becoming pioneers of the post-war nature conservation movement.
Entry fee is £4 for group members, £5 non-group members, 24 years and under free. Refreshments of tea/coffee & biscuits are included. The hall is fully accessible to wheelchair users, including an adapted toilet.
