Whether you're looking to unwind, make new friends, or focus on your well-being, this circle is for you.Where & When:- The Yoga Lounge-Pole Gym, Goostrey, Holmes Chapel.-Sunday 26th July 2026-10:30am-13:00pmWhat to expect:-Herbal Teas on arrival-Opening welcome circle-Grounding short breathwork practice-Somatic movement-Yoga Flow-Emodied/ intuitive movement-Guided meditation/ relaxation-Prompted journalling-Crystal Soundbath-More tea & Cake!I've been attending and hosting womens circles for the last 8 years or so now & they are my absolute favourite way to close each month.Magic happens when we gather as women!We deserve a time to gather in feminine energy, in a safe and supportive space, to let go, open up and share if we need to, shake off stagnant energy, maybe even have a boogie, find deep rest and simple BE!My circles always include some 'ecstatic/ embodied dance but please know this is entirely optional- we lead into it gently with guided movement, & some tapping before we start to move more freely - only for a song or two- but some people choose to simply lay down and soak up the good vibes.This entire session is invitational, it's an incredibly relaxed atmosphere, you can choose what to participate in, laughter and crying is welcomed and completely normal.. this is definitely not a 'serious spiritual gathering' - but we do move and breathe with intention, release physical and emotional tension and connect to eachother on the most beautiful level.If you've never attended anything like this before, you're more than welcome to zap me a message and ask any questions.I hope to see you there!Please ensure this waiver has been signed before attending.
