Dance from the inside out

A workshop in two parts

Explore how to dance from your physical and emotional centres
We will be drawing on Alexander technique, Pilates, Yoga and biomechanics

This will be taught in the framework of two major dance streams
- Afro / Cuban and Jazz.
Steeped in earthy rhythms
- Contemporary based in Graham work, which is floor based, flowing and meditative.

All levels catered for, and class is designed as an introduction
