(Rising 3rd - 12th grades) This camp will allow students the opportunity to expand their piloting and drone creation capabilities. The DTC team will add more rigor to each area and will finish with a fun competition at the end. In the flight mission wind is being added, in autonomous mission students will be coding in python, the pro-mode will be used in simulation, and updated part 107 questions will be added to the knowledge mission.This camp is only open to students who have competed on a DTC team in the past year. The HSU Educational Foundation workforce development partners for this camp are the Air Force Research Laboratory and the Ray Foundation.This camp is held at the HSU Innovation Institute North at 5793 John Givens Rd in Crestview on August 3-7, 2026 from 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm.Students must wear closed toe shoes (no crocs) and are recommended to bring a snack and drink with their name on it each day.We use email to communicate with updates regarding camps.
