Prompt Starts: We begin exactly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not receive individual instruction and may not be able to finish their painting. Seating Limits: Due to limited space, all attendees must be paid guests. (Please check the class title to see if an event is designated for adults, children, or both). Payment & Registration Pre-Registration Required: For everyone's safety, online payment is required in advance. We cannot accommodate last-minute or "at-the-door" reservations. Pay by Phone: If you prefer not to pay online, please call us at 850-333-1596 to secure your spot over the phone. Group Seating If you are meeting friends but registering separately, please give us your group’s name when booking so we can do our best to sit you together. Cancellations & Refunds 48-Hour Notice: Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a store credit. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, will not receive a refund or store credit. This policy is strictly enforced. Class Cancellations: We reserve the right to postpone or cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment.
