As we move deeper into fall, we invite you to return to the gentle glow of The Tattered Moon, a sanctuary of old wood floors, rich acoustics, and warmth that soothes the soul.


What to Expect:
*This session features crystal singing bowls tuned to 528 Hz, known as the Love Frequency, a tone linked to harmony, transformation, and deep energetic balance. The Solfeggio frequencies have been used for centuries to shift energy and guide the body into profound relaxation.

*Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) is not just a practice; it is a state of consciousness that brings deep rest to the physical, mental, and energetic bodies. Through Rotation of Consciousness and Progressive Muscle Relaxation, you’ll be guided into ever-deepening levels of relaxation, allowing your nervous system to reset.

? It is said that 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 3-4 hours of deep sleep. This session is especially beneficial for:
