- **Event Description**: Meet at Kalyāna Studio: a dedicated space for yoga and meditation, in a private rural residential neighbourhood. 

The  intention of these sessions are to either start, restart, recharge, or strengthen through the presence of 'other'.  Benefiting from practice, we can recognize, lean into and inspire more ease, peace, calm, and insight in our daily lives. 

Format is a few minutes to gather attention and orient the practice around a particular theme, or approach, 30-40 minutes of lightly cued silent sitting meditation, and  few minutes to connect and share afterward. 

I'm your host Plum... I'll either choose a daily meditation of Martin Aylward's from Sangha.Live to share, or I'll offer clear guidance, in line with Dharma teachings, neuroscience, and connection to deep ecology, and drawing from over 25 years of practice... and direct experience with still 'fun'bling along.
