This is not your typical competition. It is designed to be as much a social event as it is a test of fitness.

Athletes sign up as individuals and are randomly paired into teams on the day, with one RX athlete and one scaled athlete per team. You won’t know your partner ahead of time, and you may be teamed up with someone from a different gym. The goal is to mix experience levels, meet new people, and create an environment where everyone can contribute.

There will be three workouts across the day, designed to be challenging but accessible, with options that allow a wide range of abilities to take part.

This event is open to:
Anyone who wants to compete in a supportive, low-pressure environment

Athletes of all levels, including scaled, RX, and masters

Members of local gyms across the region


If you would rather not compete, you are still very welcome to come watch. Spectators are a big part of the day, and the atmosphere will be built around cheering, supporting, and bringing people together.

Whether you are competing or just coming to take it in, the focus is the same: good workouts, good people, and a chance to be part of something bigger than your own gym.
