Kaitlin Lewis- owner of SA HA HO Reiki and Yoga instructor in the valley will guide you through
Heart cohesion breathwork to drop your mind into your heart and ground your heart with roots, then lead a restorative candlelit yoga class with props and hands on Reiki, ending with Shavasana and our closing ceremony of journaling prompts while enjoying a heart blend of warm tea

During this workshop - you will be serenaded by Cameron Fogerty playing acoustic guitar (music for your heart)
