This Colorado Wildflowers Photography Workshop is one the most enjoyable photography outings you will find!Meeting TimeEveryone should be coming in early afternoon on Thursday July 13th. Our first “meet and greet” session, along with a primer on wildflower photography will take place Thursday evening.Sunrise is 5:54 am & Sunset is 8:32 pmTentative Itinerary – Please note that the schedule is subject to change.Our schedule will be based on the location & weather. Finding the best fields for wildflowers, compelling compositions and light. We are dealing with mother nature and not a precise time or place can be predicted months ahead. Plan on early mornings to get on location to catch the sunrise and early morning light.Monday - July 13thArrival and check-inTuesday, July 14th – Day 1Field photography at one or more of the shooting locations in the morning.Wednesday, July 15th – Day 2Field photography at one or more of the shooting locations in the morning and afternoon.Thursday, July 16th – Day 3Field photography at one or more of the shooting locations in the morning and afternoon.Friday, July 17th - Day 4Field photography at one or more of the shooting locations in the morning and afternoon.Investment and How to Sign Up – Limited to 5The workshop investment is $1795 per participant for early registration. After June 1st. the workshop is $2335, signing up early gets you a 30% discount.This cost excludes flight, car reservation, lodging, food and other related costs. Workshop participants will be responsible for arranging their own flights, accommodations and ground transportation to and from the workshop location in Crested Butte ColoradoReservations/PaymentA deposit of $900 dollars is required to hold your spot on this workshop. Your final payment of the “balance due” for this workshop must be paid on or before June 15th 2026 prior to the workshop’s inception. We will send out reminder notices of your balance due a week before this mark.Cancellation policy:Deposits are refundable minus a $150 processing fee. The workshop fee is refundable until 90 days of the event. Within 90 days, the workshop fee is non-refundable unless the even sells out or you have purchased travel insurance.Please note that the workshop fees are fully refundable minus processing fees until May 15th. 2026. We will not be able to provide a refund after this date due to planning and coordination issues.
