Join us for a powerful guided breathwork meditation designed to clear stagnant energy and realign you with your natural self. This simple, yet prolonged, 3-part breath technique stimulates hormones and new brain wave lengths, guiding you into a deeply meditative, introspective state during this extended ceremony. It’s called a journey because, similar to a psychedelic journey, each breathwork session takes you on an inner voyage, guided by your own body, into release, insight, and deeper connection, while maintaining complete awareness and control of yourself.
Each journey is unique. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.
Guided by Certified Breathwork Facilitator, Keela Gendron, the experience is supported with intentional music and soundscapes, light natural plant aromas, and a safe, nurturing environment. We end the journey intentionally, slowly, and with integration.

What to Bring
Comfortable, warm clothes
Water
Yoga mat (we have mats to use if you don't bring one)
Journal or piece of paper and pen
Eye pillow or cloth to cover your eyes (we have eye pillows to use if you don't bring one)
A special item for the alter to cleanse or dedicate to your experience (an item from nature, jewelry, photo, etc.)
