Growing your own produce is great. But what happens when you have too much?

Learn to keep the harvest for use all year long with University of Illinois Extension Horticulture Educator Nancy Kuhajda. In this lively program you will learn the proper and safe ways to freeze and dry vegetables, fruits and herbs. Handouts and recipes to take home will be provided to all attendees.
