The session provides tools that promote gentle stretching, relaxation and deep rest.Then rest with a cosy, warm guided meditation and enjoy some white space in the busy winter periodFollowing the workshop, participants will then enjoy 30 mins in the beautiful restaurant overlooking the pond. They will be provided tea, coffee, hot chocolate or herbal tea of your choice from the coffee shop along with freshly backed scones with cream and jam.We will then layer up to enjoy the last part of the workshop outdoors in The Sperrin BoglandsWe will walk the 1km boardwalk whilst enjoying all the positive ions from the boglands, chatting and getting the cheeks rosyWe will finish off by gathering around the fire pit in the great outdoors to finish this gorgeous afternoon.Enjoy chatting and doing some new year reflections and promptsSuitable for all abilities. Options to sit on chairs is also available.Attendees should wear loose fitting clothing, layers as its misty in the bog lands and bring a yoga mat & blanket for meditation.Thank you for trusting us with your data.
