At each practice, two tailored options are available to meet participants at their current level:

• For more experienced swimmers seeking to focus on endurance: a structured workout with a different course set up each week.  
• For those who are newer to open water swimming or wish to hone specific skills: a dedicated session that discusses and practices targeted techniques. Topics rotate weekly among five key areas.

Please bring a safety swim buoy if you have one. A limited number of buoys are also available to borrow.

To support consistent progress in open water swimming, I strongly encourage the monthly training package at $29 per month. This provides ongoing access to all training sessions and resources and covers both locations. For greater flexibility, you may join any individual class for $10 as your schedule permits.
