Lost Bag at Crawley Railway Station

My bag was lost at Crawley Railway Station. I was sitting on platform number two, waiting for the train, and I forgot my bag on the chair next to me. My valuable documents, including my passport and BRP, are in the bag. I am new in the UK and I am very upset because I don't know what to do next.
