Let’s warm it up with some
Winter Heart-Warming Yoga! Join us for a playful warming practice designed to soothe winter weary muscles, enhance flexibility, increase mobility, and ease the soul.

Beginners are always welcome 🤗

When: Sundays in February at 10am. Feb 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd

What to bring: your mat, blocks if you have them, a water bottle, and a smile 😊

Cost: $18 cash only for non-gym members
