Similar to tai chi, it is usually practiced slowly while standing, but because it does not involve a specific sequence of movements it tends to be simpler to learn. No experience needed.Following qigong practice, we will settle onto the floor to learn a few self-acupressure points. (A couple chairs will be available if needed.) The workshop will conclude with a brief meditation, either seated or supine, in which acupressure will be offered. Bring a mat or blanket if you have one, and wear loose clothing.LOCATIONLight of Hope | 245 Phenix Ave, CranstonNote: Turn onto Whiting Street and take the first right to find the parking lot & entrance in the rear of the building.
