- **Event Description**: Family Constellations offers a different way of looking at the experiences and patterns that shape our lives. Together in a small group setting, we explore the dynamics that may exist beneath relationship struggles, repeated family patterns, grief, illness, feeling stuck, parent-child dynamics, or longstanding emotional burdens.

We begin in circle with introductions and a guided meditation. Participants who feel called may raise their hand to work on an issue close to their heart. From there, representatives from the group are invited to stand in for family members, relationships, emotions, or dynamics connected to the issue being explored.

This is not acting, improv, mediumship, or psychic performance. Representatives are not asked to “perform” emotions or create a story. Instead, people often become aware of subtle feelings, sensations, impulses, emotions, or movements that arise naturally while standing in representation. Many first-time participants are surprised by how real and deeply felt the experience can be.

There is often great strength in silence during this work.

As facilitator, Catherine gently guides the process throughout the constellation. At times, participants may be invited to move, speak a simple healing sentence, or notice what is arising in the field of the constellation. The goal is not to relive trauma or emotionally overwhelm the nervous system, but to bring compassion, clarity, movement, and a greater sense of belonging to what has been carried individually and across generations.

At the heart of this work is the understanding that love exists within every family system, yet through love we can sometimes become unconsciously loyal to the suffering, grief, exclusion, or burdens of previous generations.

Even if your issue is not chosen to be constellated, participating as a representative or witness can still be meaningful and impactful. People often leave feeling lighter, more connected, emotionally moved, or with a new perspective on their own lives and relationships.

Please note: this work is not appropriate for those currently in active crisis or acute emotional instability.

Because of the depth and organic nature of the work, the evening may occasionally run slightly beyond the scheduled end time. Please allow for additional time if needed.



About Catherine: 

Catherine Glastal has over 20 years of experience in the holistic health world. She is a certified

Reiki Master Teacher certified in various energy modalities, including ArchAngel Metatron

Colour Healing. Her work is influenced by her personal experience in the worlds of autism,

Lyme disease, mold illness, and more. In addition, her studies of family constellations are

revealing hidden, unconscious and systemic family patterns in clients.

up issues of a highly personal nature, and you may experience strong, unexpected

emotional or physical responses. Family Constellation practitioners are not issued licenses by
