Come and connect with like-minded women looking to discuss transformation & change, drop into meditation to see what is holding you back from your best-self. We will work with the rhythm of the drum as we use the characteristics of the butterfly to bring change into your life and release the things that are no longer serving you. We will close with a beautiful Salt Ceremony.

Circle is a time for you to dig deeper and have full conversations with women who are looking for more. This is a space of non-judgement and full acceptance for who you are right in this moment.

What you need to know
When:  Saturday September 29, 2018 @ 7pm
Where: The Studio/Stage Door 
Investment: $25
What to bring: An open mind and open heart. 
Yoga Mat, pillow, water bottle, blanket (anything to make you comfortable). 
An organic item for the salt ceremony (you will not get this back). Things like herbs, crystals, spices, plants, rocks, flowers and essential oils are wonderful. 
Finally, a small jar or container to share the salt afterward.
