Neuro-Art Evening

Welcome to the Neuro-Art Evening on February 19, 2026 at 7:00 PM. Join us for a fun and relaxing evening of creating neuro-art. This connects art with the neurotransmitters in the brain, creating new pathways, shifting perspectives in the subconscious and offers insights and healing.

The neuro-art evening starts with a brief guided meditation for intention-setting. This is followed by a demonstration of the simple and effective process of neuro-art. Over the next hour or so, participants will work on their art piece. No experience or artistic talent is necessary. The process allows the piece to naturally unfold. We will finish off with a time of sharing and refection with tea and cookies.
