The result: more ?????????, ???????, ??? ???—and capacity to live a more grounded, mystical life.THE PRACTICEThis movement meditation is rooted in the Buddhist practice of ????????? ??? ??? ??̄????̄?—the embodiment of compassion and virtue—which provide a clear map for navigating and transcending the 6 realms of daily existence.The 6 realms are not literal places: they are mental-emotional states that all humans experience, every day. Using ancient wisdom tools, you will gain capacity to experience each realm with awareness and freedom, rather than being subject to its struggles.We will draw on principles of ecstatic dance: moving with awareness, without choreography or steps, and allowing thoughts and speech to fall away. The wisdom in our bodies will guide us. “Emotion” literally means “energy in motion”... so, movement is the most effective way to contact and uplift our emotional world!WHAT TO EXPECTExpect a spacious, supportive environment with guided movement, accessible teaching, expressive music, and shared growth. No dance or meditation experience is required—all you need is a willingness to move, feel, and explore your inner landscape.As we move through each realm, you will be guided to contact a difficult state—such as anger or jealously—creating space to fully allow it in the body without pushing it away or making it 'wrong'. Then, drawing on the meditation tools shared in the workshop, you will dance each state into something beautiful—such as generosity or wisdom. Dancing by yourself and with others supports a deep embodiment of this shift.Deep growth requires us to move outside of our comfort zones; the music and facilitation cues over the afternoon will support this process.
