Thinking about competing but low key terrified? Perfect. This meet is built for first timers, casual lifters, and anyone who wants to feel what the platform is like without jumping through a million hoops. No federation membership. No soft suit. Just lifting.

✔ Run under APL rules
✔ Squat: 20kg Rogue Ohio Power Bar + Goliath Combo
✔ Bench: 20kg Rogue Ohio Power Bar + Goliath Combo
✔ Deadlift: 20kg Texas Deadlift Bar
✔ Three attempts per lift, pick your numbers wisely

👕 What to wear

✅ T-shirt or singlet
✅ Shorts / leggings / tights
🚫 No jumpers or baggy pants
✅ Deadlift = long socks or tights (non-negotiable)

🛠 Allowed Gear

✔ Belts (lever, prong, Velcro, whatever)
✔ Knee sleeves / wraps
✔ Elbow support on squats, but not bench
✔ Wrist wraps
