We’re excited to launch our Athlete Wellness Series — a new initiative supporting the whole athlete: body and mind.

Session 1 focuses on Injury Prevention & Recovery, helping athletes understand how to stay healthy, confident, and resilient throughout the season.

This session will cover:
• Preventing injuries with correct technique, stretching, and strengthening
• Recovery strategies after training and competition
• What to do when an injury occurs

Under 11–17 athletes ONLY
Parents are welcome and encouraged to attend.
