Vision Board and Sound Bathing Event

As part of our Shift Project provision, with thanks to The National Lottery Community Fund, we will continue on our personal growth and healing journeys and create a vision board for the New Year.

Fully funded for Northumberland and North Tyneside residents who are in recovery from trauma.

12pm - 3pm

In this workshop we will create a beautiful collage on canvas, with the pictures, symbols, colours, items and words that make your wellbeing bloom and spark your curiosity, optimism and awareness, as you move through 2026.

Following this there will be a relaxing crystal singing bowl so bring and blanket and a pillow for your own comfort. Yoga mats are provided.

Bring your own lunch if desired.
Light refreshments and snacks provided.
