Kangatraining is the perfect activity for mums looking to socialise AND exercise with your baby. You get a total body workout as we focus on rebuilding strength and fitness post pregnancy, while your baby can relax and enjoy being close to you.

KangaMix is our outdoor adaptation of the Kangatraining program that involves a trail walk with your baby in either a pram or carrier (or both if you have two or more little ones) with interval stops for strength training with squats, arms, lunges, barre and leg repeaters!

Must be minimum 6 weeks postpartum following a vaginal birth or 12 weeks postpartum if you’ve had a c-section.
