Next Thursday, we’re throwing open the doors to The Next Step Recovery & Wellness Centre and inviting you to come and experience everything our space has to offer!

Our Open Day is relaxed and open-house style — you don’t need to arrive at 10am or stay all day. Drop in when it suits you, explore both buildings, meet our team, try out our spaces and see The Next Step in action.

The first 40 people through the doors will receive a TNS Open Day goodie bag packed with goodies from some incredible brands — so get in early!

10:00 am — DOORS OPEN! 🎉

🏋️ TNS GYM — FREE TRAINING ALL DAY
Our brand-new all-inclusive gym will be open to the public for FREE training from 10am–3pm. Come in, check out the equipment, have a workout and experience a gym designed to be welcoming and accessible for people of all abilities.

💪 10:15 am — FREE ALL-ABILITIES BOOT CAMP
Join Brandon & Jade for our **All-Abilities Boot Camp! A fun, inclusive workout designed so people of all abilities can get involved.

🧘 12:00 noon — FREE PILATES WITH JAKE
Join Jake for an inclusive Pilates class at midday.

Both classes are completely FREE and open to everyone!
Come along for one or join us for both. 🙌

No formal tours. No pressure. No need to stay all day.
