Each season carries different energies and the Solstice is a time to slow down, rest and recharge your soul.  It is also a time to plant new seeds and intentions which will be amplified with the energy of the New Moon.   The Winter Solstice is the shortest day and the longest night, the darkest time of the year, so it is important to ignite your inner light.  This will invite you to reflect on the past year and visit your dreams to see what you want to manifest in your life in 2026.  

We will start the day with a beautiful guided meditation to celebrate the Solstice,  then each of you will receive a beautiful Heart Chakra Empowerment to use for your personal self healing, there will be different opportunities to journal and discuss your hopes and dreams.  Each of you will receive a little Solstice Blessing Bag and tea, coffee, water and snacks are available.
