Join Rachel Richards, Healthy Habits Coach and founder of WightWays, for a relaxed, practical retreat designed to help you move more, eat well and feel stronger, without quick fixes or overwhelm.
This hands-on workshop brings together movement, nutrition, mindset and motivation in five achievable habits you can build into real life. You’ll leave with renewed energy, a personal action plan and a workbook to keep you on track.
10:00 – 10:30 Arrival, tea & pastries
10:30 – 12:45 Morning sessions
12:45 – 1:30 Tapas-style lunch
1:30 – 4:00 Afternoon sessions, reflection & close
Bar 46 is easily reached by bus from across the Island, with regular routes stopping nearby on Cowes High Street.
For those arriving by ferry, the Red Jet terminal is a short walk away.
Local parking is available at Northwood Park and along The Parade (pay-and-display).
