During these weekly sessions,  we connect with a different aspect of unconditional love. Topics include
•	Balancing giving and receiving love to self and others 
•	Forgiveness of self and others
•	Trust of self and others
•	Acceptance of all including self
•	Compassion of self and others
•	Empowerment
•	Self-worthiness and confidence
•	Resilience and strength
•	Unhealthy attachment
The structure of these circles is 30 min guided meditation, 30 min guided  self reflection/ journalling and release with weekly actions to bring in more love and anchor in learnings.
$20 AUD
Pay as you go, no need to attend all classes.
Delivered via zoom/online from the comfort of your own house.
