A Somatic Journey of Movement, Meditation & Sound

As the seasons begin to change, nature gently reminds us to slow down, turn inwards and reconnect with ourselves.

Join us for a nourishing 2.5 hour workshop where we’ll journey from Root to Crown, exploring each of the seven chakras through guided meditation, breathwork, gentle somatic movement, journalling and sound.

This is an invitation to step away from the busyness of everyday life and spend time listening to your body, calming your nervous system and reconnecting with yourself in a safe and supportive space.

Together we will:
🌿 Ground through breath and guided meditation
🌿 Explore the chakras from Root to Crown
🌿 Reflect through gentle journalling prompts
🌿 Move intuitively through a guided somatic chakra dance
🌿 Rest deeply during a soothing sound journey
🌿 Close with connection and optional sharing over a warm cuppa

No dance experience is needed, and there is nothing to “get right.” This is about moving in a way that feels natural to you, honouring your body exactly as it is.

As we move towards autumn, a season of reflection, balance and gathering, we’ll take time to acknowledge all that has grown within us and consider what we’d like to carry into the months ahead.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, emotionally tired, or simply longing for a few hours to reconnect with yourself, this workshop offers a gentle space to pause, breathe and just be.
