Inside the Equine Limb: A journey beneath the skin (hands on client evening)

Join us at LLEP for a unique and fascinating evening as we take an in-depth step-by-step look at and inside the equine leg.

Henrique will start the evening by exploring an intact equine leg, learning how to feel key structures like bones, joints, tendons, and those all-important digital pulses.

You’ll see how vets perform joint injections and nerve blocks during lameness investigations, before we take a closer look inside with a guided dissection to reveal what’s really going on beneath the skin.

Then it’s your turn! In small groups, you’ll have the chance to get hands-on with a horse’s leg yourself, putting your new knowledge into practice and discovering the structures that interest you most.

An educational evening that guarantees you’ll gain a deeper understanding of how horses’ legs work.
