The Listening Body: Somatic Intelligence for Leaders
Attuned leadership begins within. In this experiential session, participants will cultivate somatic awareness practices that support presence, nervous system regulation, and embodied decision-making. By learning to listen to the body as a source of intelligence, leaders gain tools to lead with integrity, clarity, and sustainable impact.
