As the sun drops behind the mountains on Friday, 5/1 you are invited to come experience a Sound Bath on the deck at Alleghany Outdoors.

Sound Baths are a musical experience intended to foster a meditative mind and soothe the nervous system using instruments such as singing bowls and gongs. The deck at Alleghany Outdoors overlooks the Jackson River and the Alleghany mountains, offering a perfect location yo relax at the end of the week. We'll have plenty of space to rest comfortably, whether on a mat or couch. Fire pit available if temps get cool.

All are encouraged to consider making a full afternoon by coming early to float on the river and/or bike or hike the trail. 

Sound Bath led by Greg Burns of Metta Vibrations and will last 1 hour.

No prior experience needed. Feel free to reach out with any questions. We will have a few mats and blankets available although you may want to consider bringing anything that will help you rest comfortably for the Sound Bath.
