Birds, Bees & Me - A Talk for Girls

When should I start wearing a bra? When will I develop breasts? If you have a daughter/granddaughter/niece who has started asking lots of questions about periods and puberty, then this is the class for both of you.

• Birds, Bees and ME – A Talk for Girls - This free 1 ½ hour class is for girls’ ages 8-13 years to talk frankly about puberty, having your monthly period, body changes, emotional mood swings and social/relationship changes. Parent/caregiver are encouraged to attend. Available class dates: Friday, October 3rd (FULL) and Monday, November 24th from 10a-11:30a - Please note - 2026 class will soon be on the calendar
