• Birds, Bees and ME – A Talk for Girls - This free 1 ½ hour class is for girls’ ages 8-13 years to talk frankly about puberty, having your monthly period, body changes, emotional mood swings and social/relationship changes. Parent/caregiver are encouraged to attend.  Additional classes are available for registration on our website.
