Monday Meditation

You will be guided through a short time of stillness to help calm the mind, center the heart, and reconnect with God’s peace. Together, we begin with prayer, experience a guided meditation that includes a soothing breath prayer, and conclude by sharing prayer requests and closing with the Unity Prayer of Protection.
This mid-day “reset” offers a moment to breathe deeply, release stress, and remember that peace is always within reach — through the loving presence of God.

Join us as you can. Upon interest, the Zoom link will be provided. Simply reply with a private message and the link will be sent to you. For your safety, participants must join from a quiet place where they can relax. Please do not attend while driving or operating machinery.
