The first part of the practice is a 35 minute guided meditation. This practice is done lying down, although if you prefer to remain seated, that is fine. 
Comfort is most important!

Yoga Nidra Meditation relaxes from the inside-out. This meditation promotes healthy sleep, deep relaxation, subsides physical tension / chronic pain, balances body + mind, and promotes kind + peaceful living. 

The meditation brings attention to body awareness, body sensations, breath, and ends with guided visualizations. 

One hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to four hours of restful sleep. 

Following the meditation will be a sound bath with Crystal Singing Bowls, chimes, drums, and other instruments.
Sound healing allows our brainwaves to adapt to the healing frequencies in the room, further enhancing complete relaxation!

Please bring anything that allows you to be comfortable (pillows, blankets, etc.) as you will be lying down for the practice. Some mats, bolsters, and blankets are available at the studio!
If you prefer to remain seated on a mat or chair, that is fine.
