This course is also known as Moving and Assisting People Train the Trainer and is designed for you with relevant health and social care experience who need to train others safely and confidently, within clear governance arrangements.After purchase, you will receive immediate access to the online learning component through ComplyPlus™ LMS. This covers core moving-and-handling knowledge, trainer responsibilities, safer-handling principles, risk assessment, assessment requirements, and quality-assurance expectations. Once you have completed the online learning and knowledge assessment, you can attend the Coventry practical session to demonstrate competence, complete practical assessment activities and deliver a short micro-teach.This course supports trainers and organisations in building internal moving-and-handling training capacity while maintaining clear role boundaries, evidence of trainer competence, and quality assurance arrangements.No certificate is issued after completion of the online element alone. Certification is issued only after successful completion of all required online, practical assessment and micro-teach elements.Important: When attending the practical session, please bring your booking confirmation, a valid form of photo identification, and your certificate from the online training course, either printed or available on your mobile device.
