Wake later fully rested and relaxedWe will begin with a short guided meditation which will lead into a beautiful sound bath using sound healing instruments such as the Ocean drum, Tibetan and Crystal singing Bowls, Gongs, chimes, crystal pyramind & various wind Chimes experiencing a variety of vibrations in the room generated by the numerous instruments. While immersed in the sounds and vibrations you may experience inspirational or emotional moments which is not to be unexpected.
