Living with a neuromuscular condition can bring ongoing changes to your mobility, independence, routines, relationships, and future plans. Alongside the physical impact, these changes can affect mental wellbeing too, leading to feelings of stress, anxiety, frustration, uncertainty, or isolation.

Join us on 7 July for an online Wellbeing Hub with Helen Rutherford from Emotional Respite, exploring how to manage change, protect your mental wellbeing, and build resilience while living with a progressive condition.

Helen has pre-recorded a presentation packed with insights and practical strategies. Following the presentation, Helen or a member of her team will join us live on Zoom for questions and discussion.
