- **Event Description**: On Sunday 19th April, join the Hikers United crew as we return to one of the most popular hiking spots: the beautiful Turure Watersteps. 

Turure Watersteps is located along the Turure river, on the outskirts of Valencia. This hike involves a 40 minute trek along varying terrain alongside the river. It involves 3 short uphill climbs and requires us to cross the river 3 times as well as walk upriver through the water along the way - you are not required to swim along the way to the pools.

Upon arriving at the pools, you are greeted with the breathtaking view of a small waterfall and the sight of the "watersteps" which are terraced pools that look like steps which were carved by the flow of the river through the limestone rock that makes up most of this river.

The pools are ideal for bathing and life vests are provided to all those who require them.

📍Meeting Point :  Royal Castle, Valencia
[The entire group will be meeting outside Royal Castle, Valencia and then driving to Cumaca road located on the outskirts of Valencia and parking alongside road where the trail begins. The drive on Cumaca road to the start of the trail takes about 20 minutes - this road is very uneven and has a lot of potholes; we will be taking it slowly.]
