Participants will learn how to confidently create delicious plant-based cheeses and experiment with flavours that will have everyone at the table craving more, whether they are dairy-free or not.Allergy note: The recipes in this workshop will include tree nuts.A full meal will not be served at this workshop, but there will be a range of snacks available.Please bring a clean container with a lid to bring home samples.Sophia Banks resides in Courtenay after two decades of working as a chef in Toronto and Montreal.
