This February, gather in a space of reflection as healing sound vibrations resonate through the heart chakra, inviting a deeper exploration of what love truly is. 

Michelle will weave together soothing soundscapes with music and meaningful quotes from beloved poets, saints, and spiritual teachers, including Rumi, the Dalai Lama, Shakespeare, and Mother Teresa.

The experience begins with simple yogic breathing and gentle, beginner-friendly movement to settle the nervous system. Participants then rest in shavasana while being immersed in the calming, restorative sounds of gongs, crystal and Tibetan bowls, bells, and other sacred instruments.

Dr. Michelle Hebert DC, MPH, CHt, E-RYT, has worked in the field of mind-body medicine and wellness for over 20 years and has developed expertise in leading individual and group healing sessions that include sound healing instruments, meditation, guided visualization, and yogic techniques. 

This special event takes place at our beautiful, spacious, hardwood-floored studio. Wear comfortable clothing and bring your yoga mat and anything else you need to be completely comfortable lying down on the floor.
