Grief 101 is a free information series about grief and loss. This is the second module in the 3 part series titled “Now What? Normalizing and Navigating Grief”.

The sessions can be attended in any order and typically take place on the 1st, 2nd,and 3rd Tuesday of each month in the Ocean Front Village Boardroom (3rd Floor) located at 2900 Cliffe Avenue in Courtenay.
