The Chefs from the North Vancouver Island Culinary Association will be on-site working their magic and creating some delicious dishes using in-season vendor products. The tables are overflowing with fresh fruit and vegetables.  The Chefs will use a variety of these to show how versatile and tasty fruits and vegetables can be. 

Corn has officially arrived at the market and one of the dishes that will be made is a charred and raw corn salad with chile and cheese. Stay tuned for the recipe.

Samples will be served throughout the day.
