After the holidays, many nervous systems feel tired, stretched, and overwhelmed, even when things were “good.” The New Year approaches and pressures of resolutions and new habits are pushed, and though these are great skills and motivators to have, there is a reason most resolutions fail by February! The winter months are not for blooming, they are for tending.

That’s why January’s four week Creative Connection is specially designed to work with the season we are in. Join us in nurturing our bodies and minds, allowing stillness and support, and easing the pressures of productivity or pushing to honour the wisdom of winter. Each week will use an art therapy exercise to connect inwards, find safety, and build internal resilience, light and connection to see us through these winter months.
