What is parkrun?
parkrun is a free, weekly, timed 5km event held in parks and open spaces all over the world. It’s run by volunteers and open to everyone—walkers, joggers, runners, first-timers, families, and seasoned parkrunners alike. There’s no cut-off time, no pressure, and no competition unless you want one. parkrun is free, friendly, and for everyone!

Who can take part?
Everyone is welcome. Walk the whole way, run as fast or as gently as you like, bring a friend, bring a smile. Dogs on short leads and children are welcome too. Send us a message if you'd like to volunteer!

How do I register?
Registration is free and only needs to be done once. Simply sign up online at parkrun.ca, bring your barcode (printed or on your phone), and you’re ready to go.
