The second annual Tonic to Winter Chef's Dinner

Join us on Wednesday February 25th for a sensational 5 course dinner prepared by Coupeville's very best:  Mario Saenz (Molka Xete), Tyler Hansen & Sedrick Alexander (Goldies and the Roost), Ben Jones (the Oystercatcher) and Andreas Wurzrainer (Coupeville Schools).

Only 70 tickets are available to this exclusive night.

When:  Wednesday, February 25, 2026

Where:  Osprey Fish House, Coupeville

Time:  4:30 pm - 8:30 pm:  Doors will open at 4:30 pm for social hour and silent auction

Dinner Ticket Price:  $150 per person, including wine and gratuity

A Tonic to Winter 100% benefits Coupeville Schools Foundation which has supported our schools since 1997 by providing enrichment grants, scholarships, and the Promise Fund.  This is our biggest fundraiser of the year, we could not serve our mission without you! 

This year, we are continuing to support the second year of Where Everywhere Belongs (WEB).  WEB is a middle school orientation and transition program that welcomes 6th graders and makes them feel comfortable throughout the first year of their middle school experience. Built on the belief that students can help students succeed, the program trains mentors from your 8th grade class to be WEB Leaders. As positive role models, WEB Leaders are mentors and student leaders who guide the 6th graders to discover what it takes to be successful during the transition to middle school and help facilitate 6th grade success.

MC and local legend Jerry Kroon will host the evening and fundraising events which will include:

Wonderful Silent Auctions (to be detailed as the evening approaches) including Suva Schooner Cruise Charter, Penn Cove Shellfish private tour, a private flight over Whidbey and the San Juan Islands

Heads or Tails

Raffle Items (again, to be detailed as the evening approaches) including a guided tour of Historic Whidbey and Sunnyside Cemetery, Themed baskets

Raise the Paddle
